Who owns the copyrights of image after I have downloaded it?

Photographer always owns copyrights of his/her images, but they have allowed to use these images. Lititations of use are always shown with the image on information page.

Can I buy copyrights of your image(s)?

No, you can't. Images are already published as free so there might be many using our images. Everyone who has downloaded image still can may use it.

May I sell these images?

No you can't. It's absolutely forbidden. Photographers have allowed to use these images for free, so you are not allowed to sell them.
However some of images are allowed to use in commercial projects, but selling our images isn't still allowed.

Should I mention publisher of image when I'm using his/her image(s)?

You don't have to if you are using our images in non-commercial projects, but we hope that you would do this. We recommend that you mention photographers name and Imageparks URL (www.imagepark.biz). If you are using these images in commercial projects, you have to mention these details.

Do I have to pay something if I download some images?

No you don't. All our photos are free and can be downloaded without registration.

Can you or photographer of the photo demand returning of downloaded photo or deny the use of the photo afterwards?

No we can't. We can't know how many people have downloaded and shared these images, so it won't be possible.

What if I found an image which isn't yours or is mine?

We recommend you to inform us. You can send us e-mail to webmaster[at]imagepark[.]biz. We will delete all prohibited material from our sites.

May I use these images in commercial projects?

Yes if photographer has allowed it. Restrictions of use are shown on download page of image. If commercial use is allowed, you can use those images freely. Also selling these images is not allowed. If you are using our images in commercial projects you have to mention source of images as described above (photographers name and Imageparks URL).

Is it possible to get better version of image?

We can't quarantee this, but if you want you can contact photographer of image or us sending an email to webmaster[at]imagepark[.]biz. Usually there are better versions of image, but photographer might decline to give them.

How should I mention source of image(s)?

We recommend you to tell photographers name and Imageparks URL (Name, www.imagepark.biz). You can also use any official form. Most important is that photographers name will be mentioned.

How do I know where the image has been taken?

Usually this information is in description of image. However this information might be missing because of practical reasons.

Is there any way to contact original photographer of the photo?

Each photographer has own e-mail address formed like username[at]imagepark[.]biz. You can also contact them via us.

Is it possible to see how many times images have been downloaded?

You can see this detail from download page. There are also information about download and view times and average of votes. These details might not be exact but they should be round about those values.

Can I suggest subject of photos for future use?

Sure. You can send us your feedback and/or ideas via feedback form. Your suggestions might be considered. You can also set an imagewatch so we can notify you if some of our new images matches some of your watches.

How often do you update your database?

As often as it's possible. We are adding new images frequently.

I'd like to add my images to you site. Is it possible?

After registering to our site you can add images to our service. You can find our registration form from here.

Pages are working slowly. Why?

Propably the servers hosting our site are busy. This shouldn't last long. Slowness might also be caused by local network jam.

If problems last long, you can contact us. Usually we notify users of problems in our site in news so it might be worth to check them now and then.

Is it possible to advertise my company or my site on your sites?

Yes, this is possible. Please contact us via feedback form or e-mail (webmaster[at]imagepark[.]biz) so we can negotiate about that.
